No Refund Policy

  1. Service-Based Model: Our services are carefully planned, strategized, and executed based on client requirements. Due to the nature of digital marketing, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun.

  2. Customization & Effort: Each campaign, advertisement, or strategy is uniquely crafted for the client’s brand, making it impossible to reverse the work done.

  3. Results Not Guaranteed: While we employ industry best practices to achieve optimal results, digital marketing outcomes depend on various external factors (e.g., algorithm changes, audience behavior, and market conditions) that are beyond our control. Refunds will not be provided based on performance expectations.

  4. Prepaid Plans & Retainers: Payments made for social media management, ad campaigns, consultations, or any other marketing services are final and non-refundable. This includes retainers, prepaid packages, and one-time service fees.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel ongoing services with prior written notice as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract. However, any fees paid before cancellation remain non-refundable.
